The Real Estate Acquisition & Sales department mostly deals with existing properties, plots and project development of both Erste Group Immorent and ERSTE IMMOBILIENFONDS. Geographically, they are focussed on Austria, Germany and the CEE countries.
Real Estate Acquisition & Sales takes on the entire co-ordination of all processes and due diligence, up to and including the contractual terms, signing and closing. On top of that, a department of Erste Group Immorent will take care of the selling of any properties and subsequent data room processing.
