Erste Real Estate Funds

The ERSTE IMMOBILIENFONDS (Erste real estate fund) was launched in May 2008 and allows interested investors to acquire an interest in European properties for comparatively small amounts. The fund is an open mutual fund in accordance with Real Estate Investment Funds Act (ImmoInvFG). That means the share price is not determined at the stock exchange but reflects the value of the acquired objects, enabling the investors to trade their shares independently of supply and demand.

The ERSTE IMMOBILIENFONDS investment is mainly focussed on already developed residential properties but also invests in office and commercial sites. In order to ensure strong returns we make sure that only high quality properties and sites are accepted as investment objects. Our geographic focus is currently on Austria and Germany and we only accept newly constructed or fully renovated objects for the ERSTE IMMOBILIENFONDS.

By engaging the ERSTE IMMOBILIENFONDS we are building a solid real estate portfolio, spread over various regions and types of use in order to spread the risk. This is advantageous for our clients, as is the choice of solid and profitable properties.

Advantages of the ERSTE IMMOBILIENFONDS:

  • Long-term asset growth through continually adding to your depot
  • Continuous yields from high quality properties
  • Trading shares independent of the stock exchange
  • Protection against inflations through real estate investment
  • Small monthly  investments are possible

Please note:

  • Changes on the real estate markets influence the performance of the fund
  • There is the risk that tenants may move out, leaving part or all of a given property vacant
  • Real estate investments can decrease in value and negatively impact the performance of the fund.
  • A minimum investment horizon of four years is recommended (depending on the market developments).
  • The issue and redemption of shares may be suspended due to exceptional circumstances.
